One of the biggest learnings so far from GIRAGIRA is to understand the difference between making things and selling them. In my naive mindset, ‘good products’ were selling by itself without making any efforts whatsoever. In reality of course is not.
You need to properly introduce your products to the market and make ppl known about it. Without awareness, no recognition of these sole existence at all = hence no sales.
As someone who genuinely enjoy the ‘making’ part of the process far too much, it has been a difficult task to recalibrate the mindset and shift a focus on business. It is definitely easier said than done.
